About our Meal Program
Our expansive menu boasts more than 70 different meal choices- each entree comes with 2 pre-selected side items, a serving of bread & fruit, and 1 carton of milk. Menu categories include Beef, Chicken, Pork, Seafood, Breakfast, and Vegetarian- plus other options like Pizza, Pasta, and Soup!
Healthy-portioned meals designed and approved by a nutritionist to provide the nutrients your clients need to maintain their health, build strength, and age in place within their community.

Clients & case managers may call our office anytime between the hours of 8AM-5PM with questions or to make changes to an upcoming meal delivery. Our office is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Since the inception of our first home delivered meal program more than 15 years ago, we are proud to have grown to deliver nearly 10K meals every week across 13 counties in the Upstate as of 2024. Our dedicated drivers & volunteers deliver more than just a meal, however- by fostering social connections and providing safety checks for those living alone, Meals on Wheels Upstate SC helps local seniors maintain their health and independence while aging in the comfort of their own homes & communities.
